We set your venue up on Funn: your packages, prices, hours and slots. Close a slot or a whole day in one tap; closed slots disappear from Funn right away.

Customers book a slot and pay in Funn. You see the time, the package, how many people are coming and what they paid, on one door list for the day.

Point any phone at their ticket QR, or type the 4-digit code they read out. Every ticket is signed by Funn and works once, whichever of your door phones scans it.

- Forward your booking emails.Your venue gets its own Funn address. Forward the booking emails you already get, from BookMyShow, District or Swiggy Dineout, and Funn reads them onto your calendar. Step-by-step guides for Gmail and Outlook are in the app.
- Or import the export.Upload a CSV or Excel file, match the columns once, and Funn remembers them next time. Importing the same file twice adds nothing.

Funn isn’t affiliated with these platforms and doesn’t connect to them. It only reads the booking emails and files you choose to send it.

Every door, one record
Add another door phone with a one-time code. Each ticket works once across all of them, and a phone without signal still checks tickets and sends the check-ins when it’s back.
Reschedules, with your OK
When a customer asks to move a booking, it shows at the top of Today with the old and new time and whether the slot has room. Approve and Funn sends them a new ticket. Or decline, with a few words or another time to suggest.

Tickets that can’t be faked or reused
Every Funn ticket is signed by Funn. Your phone checks the signature itself, then checks the ticket in with Funn, so it works once across every door phone. A second scan says Already used.
Your bookings stay yours
Only your venue’s phones can read your bookings. Booking emails you forward are kept for 7 days, guest names and the last 4 phone digits are removed 90 days after the visit, and full phone numbers are never stored.
We never market to your guests
Funn doesn’t use your bookings for marketing, doesn’t contact your guests and doesn’t share them with other venues. Your Funn door list shows a party and a time, not a stranger’s phone number.
No small print on the customer’s side
No booking fees for customers, and every sponsored result is labelled Sponsored.
FAQ
Good questions.
Do I have to stop using other booking platforms?
No. Keep them. Forward their booking emails (or import their exports) and Funn Vendor shows those bookings next to Funn’s, with clash warnings when a slot goes over.
What does Funn cost?
The Funn Partner plan is ₹999 a month, prepaid for 30 days, and includes the daily WhatsApp update. Funn keeps 8% of what the customer paid on each Funn booking. Day Boost (₹199 a day) and Boost (3–10% on Sponsored bookings) are optional.
Do customers pay a booking fee?
No. Customers pay the price they see. Funn is paid by the venue, and only on bookings Funn brings.
Do I pay Funn on walk-ins or other platforms’ bookings?
No. Funn’s 8% is only on bookings made and paid on Funn. Walk-ins, phone bookings and bookings you forward or import carry no Funn fee.
Can customers move their booking?
Only with your OK. They ask from their ticket, and the request shows in Funn Vendor with the new time and whether the slot has room. Approve and the booking moves at the same price with a new ticket; the old one stops working at the door. Decline, and you can suggest another time.
Do I need special hardware?
No. Any phone with a camera runs Funn Vendor and scans tickets. No till, no tablet, no new hardware.
Can more than one staff phone scan at the door?
Yes. Make a one-time code (valid 24 hours) in Funn Vendor and type it on the other phone. Each ticket still works only once, whichever phone scans it.
What if the door has no signal?
Funn Vendor checks the ticket’s signature on the phone itself, keeps the check-in and sends it to Funn as soon as signal is back.
What happens if my plan runs out?
You get a reminder 3 days before. After it runs out you have 3 days’ grace, then your venue is hidden from new bookings until you renew. Bookings already made are always honoured.
Where is Funn launching?
Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai first. If your venue is somewhere else, register anyway and we’ll tell you when Funn reaches you.
How do I get started?
Register below. We’ll call you, set up your listing, and send your venue code. Type the code into Funn Vendor, confirm it’s your venue, start your plan and you’re live.

What happens to this. We keep what you type here (your venue’s name, what it offers and its city, your name, email and phone, and its website or a note if you add them) on Funn’s sign-up list, in our cloud database. We use it only to call you, set up your venue on Funn and send your venue code. We don’t sell it, we don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing, and the only updates we send are about Funn’s launch. We keep it until launch and set-up are done, and delete it sooner if you ask. This is a short interim notice; Funn’s full privacy policy is on its way.
